Payment

Deposit: A $100 deposit, per vehicle, is required within seven days after booking. Deposits are fully refundable if your trip is cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to departure.

Balance: All contracts must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to departure.

Payment may be made by cash, certified funds, check, or credit card.

Please include the contract number with any payment or correspondence.

There is a $75.00 returned check fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to departure will be refunded in full.

• Less than 30 days but more than 14 days: Loss of deposit

• Less than 14 days but more than 7 days: 50% of the full price

• Less than 7 days: Full price

Contracts are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due dates.
